All photos in the website are provided by manufacturers for illustration purpose, colour of actual item may defer due to lighting from the photo.

Dimensions:

All dimension provided in the website are sometime estimated, rounded up to the nearest centimeter and inch.

Payment:

All item above $100 will be deliver free of charge unless otherwise stated.

Delivery will take up 1 to 7 working days upon confirmation unless otherwise stated.

A surcharge of $30 will be incurred for delivering to places such as Sentosa and Jurong island.

Installation:

All Bed & Mattress will be installed free of charge.

Invoice:

A PDF delivery order/invoice will be send to you after order confirmation via email.

Should there be any error please notify us within 24hrs upon confirmation.

Please keep the delivery order/invoice for warranty purposes.

Damage Policy:

If there is any damage/defect of item upon delivered, please notify our delivery team immediately. We will arrange an exchange of item ASAP.

If damage/defect is discovered after the delivery team left, please email or whatsapp us.

Mattress Return & Exchange Policy:

At SGmattress.sg, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and product quality for all our customers.

Due to the hygienic and sanitary nature of mattresses, all mattress sales are final. Mattresses cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

Custom / Made-to-Order / Clearence & Promotion Mattresses

Any custom-made, customised, or non-ready-stock mattress manufactured or ordered specifically for the customer is strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Once production or ordering has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, regardless of whether the mattress has been delivered.

This includes mattresses made according to specific customer requirements, dimensions, specifications, or orders placed specifically for the customer.

Exchange Policy for Ready-Stock Mattresses

For eligible ready-stock mattresses, exchange requests may be considered within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Same Brand Only

Exchanges are only permitted for another mattress from the same brand as the original purchase.

2. Mattress Must Be Unused & Sealed

For hygiene reasons, the mattress must:

  • Be completely unused and unopened.
  • Remain in its original factory packaging and seal.
  • Be clean, undamaged, and in original resalable condition.
  • Not have been slept on, opened, unwrapped, stained, or otherwise used.

Any mattress that has been opened, unsealed, used, or removed from its original packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Subject to Company & Manufacturer Approval

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by SGmattress.sg and the respective mattress manufacturer.

An exchange will only proceed upon approval from the manufacturer. We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the mattress does not meet the required conditions or if the manufacturer does not approve the exchange.

4. Exchange Value

An exchange can only be made for a mattress of equal or higher value than the original purchase.

  • For a higher-value replacement, the customer must pay the difference.
  • For a lower-value replacement, no cash or payment refund will be provided. The difference will instead be issued as store credit, which may be used to offset a future purchase.

5. Transportation Charges

For every approved exchange, a two-way transportation charge of $80 will apply.

This $80 charge covers:

  • Collection of the original mattress; and
  • Delivery of the replacement mattress.

The transportation charge is non-refundable and must be paid by the customer before the exchange is arranged.

6. Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be considered.

Important Notice

Customers are strongly advised to carefully consider their mattress size, model, firmness, and specifications before placing an order.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Return & Exchange Policy.

SGmattress.sg reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange requests, subject to the applicable manufacturer’s approval and the requirements stated above.

Bedding Accessories Return & Exchange Policy:

At SGmattress.sg, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and product quality for all our customers.

Due to the hygienic and sanitary nature of mattresses, all bedding accessories sales are final. Bedding accessories cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

Warranty:

All item purchase comes with 6 months warranty against manufactory defects, excluding wear & tear.

All mattresses will be under the mattress manufacturer warranty which can range from 6 months to 20 years.

Cancellation:

 All order placed will have a cancellation fees applied. Cancellation fees will be 3.5% of the order amount + $5 admin fees.
