Refund policy

* Returned item must be unused, non-damaged and good condition with original packaging fully intact.

* All Mattress sold we accept returns within 5 days of purchase.

* All bedding accessories once sold and delivered, cannot be return and exchange due to hygiene purposes.

* SGmattress has the full discretion to decide whether the items are in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.

* All customise or clearance/promotion item are non return and exchangeable.

* For All Mattresses Return and Exchange Policy, once the packaging is remove/opened, it will be deemed unfit for return/exchange due to hygiene purpose.

* To and Fro transportation charges will be incurred for all return/exchange items.
