Singapore Delivery Fees
- Free Delivery for all orders above $100
- $30 delivery surcharge for delivery to Sentosa & Jurong Island
Processing Of Order
- All order will be processed and dispatch within 3 working days.
- Order place on weekend and public holidays will process on next working days and dispatch within 3 working days.
- If any item in your order are temporary/permanent out of stock, we will contact you to arrange refund, exchanges or replacement for those item.
Days For Delivery
- Singapore order
- Normal item – within 1-5days
- Sofa – within 14days
- International order
- Non- applicable
- No delivery during Sundays and public holidays
- Delivery time within 11pm to 6pm only
- Note: After Placing the order, Our Customer service officer will contact you within 24hr and set a delivery date and time.
Changing Of Delivery Date
- In any case if there is a need to change of delivery dates, you should email or contact at least 3working days before the stipulated delivery timing.
- Please kindly provide us your name and sale reference number and the desired delivery date and time to allow us to follow-up.
Changes Of Shipping & Delivery Policy
